After a fair amount of debate, we eventually decided to work with Megan Hill of Hello Super 8. She uses vintage Super 8 cameras to film the wedding on 8mm. On my side, I love the look of the film itself, and I think they do great work, but we were stuck in tough decision between two very different but great people to work with. So I called in my sister – who has some expertise and credentials in this area – to help us break the tie.

From her, I took this as pretty high praise, and that was enough to convince everyone else, too.

For our wedding photographer, we have decided to work with Danny Weiss. Danny has a documentary style combined with an outgoing personality, enabling him to interact with his subjects comfortably capture some really great stuff.
